How do I transfer my accounts from my old provider to you?
If your old provider is running cPanel on their servers, we'll take care of the account move/transfers for you!
Submit a ticket and please mention the following:
Subject: "Transfer my accounts from my old provider"
Number of accounts being transferred
Username/passwords of each account
Server IP Address (your old provider's)
Note that since we are transferring from another provider's server, it requires that their server be up and available.
